The neighbourhood of Sherbrooke is found in north west Edmonton. According to the 2001 federal census, 5% of Sherbrooke homes were built prior to the end of World War II, while 66.3% were built between 1946 and 1960. Another 15.3% were constructed during the 1960s, and the last 13.8% were constructed after 1970. According to the 2005 municipal census, the most common type of home in Sherbrooke are single-family homes, which make up 73% of all Sherbrooke homes.
