York Edmonton Real Estate
The neighbourhood of York is found in north east Edmonton, west of Clareview. The first condominium complex in Edmonton was located in York. The majority of York homes were built during the 1960s and 1970s, and approximately 30% of York homes are rented. Residents of York have easy access to Rexall Place, Commonwealth Stadium, the downtown core, and the University of Alberta through the Clareview LRT station just east of the neighbourhood.
